Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Piñatas Aylin OKC website at pinatasaylin.com and any orders you place with us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Custom Orders

All piñatas are handcrafted to order. Each piece is unique and made specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, production timelines vary by design complexity. We will provide you with an estimated completion date at the time your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline orders that we are unable to fulfill due to time constraints, design complexity, or other factors at our discretion.

2. Deposits & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on any custom order.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup or delivery.
  • Payment methods accepted: cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards.
  • Prices are quoted per order based on size, design complexity, and materials selected.

3. Order Timeline

Standard custom orders require a minimum of 7–14 days lead time. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us as early as possible to secure your event date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the agreed pickup/delivery date will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the agreed date are non-refundable, as materials and labor will have been committed.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund including the deposit.

5. Design Approval

For custom orders, we will share design sketches or a description of the planned piñata for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the design, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs. Please review all details carefully before approving.

6. Delivery

We offer local delivery throughout the OKC Metro, including Edmond, Norman, Yukon, Moore, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are quoted based on your location. We are not responsible for damage to the piñata after it has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Pickup from our Oklahoma City studio is also available and free of charge.

7. Photos & Social Media

We love sharing our work! By placing an order with us, you grant Piñatas Aylin permission to photograph your completed piñata and share those images on our website and social media channels. If you prefer your order remain private, please let us know at the time of ordering.

8. Limitation of Liability

Piñatas Aylin OKC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
